Salt Dough Recipe...

For the 11th and 12th World Geography we are beginning a new project tomorrow called Landforms Diorama. To check out past pictures of this project from a previous year, simply click HERE. I will be providing the salt dough on Monday, August 28th, to start out the project. Your shoe box will need to be there in class so that you can work on it when I am done teaching. If you are needing any more salt dough please use follow the recipe below from learning4kids.net:

What You Will Need:
  • 1 cup salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup water
What You Will Do:
  • In a large bowl mix salt and flour together.
  • Gradually stir in water. Mix well until it forms a doughy consistency.
  • Turn the dough onto the bench and kneed with your hands until smooth and combined.
Be sure to store your dough in an air tight container and once dried can be painted with acrylic paint.  Use creativity! I can't wait to see your finished project!
